Technical Customer Service Advisors - £Up to 14.5K
FPSG are currently recruiting for Technical Customer Service Advisors for one of the UKs foremost repair and post sales specialist organizations based in Inchinnan. This is a fantastic opportunity for technical advisors to use their technical and customer service skills in an award winning company.
The Role
As part of the technical customer service team you will be responsible for handling customer issues with their handsets both over the phone and via email in a professional manner.
Using your first class communication and technical knowledge, you will be able to communicate with customers effectively and diagnose potential customer faults on mobile handsets whilst providing first contact resolution to any issues where possible.

Previous experience working in a technical support call centre environment preferably within the mobile phone market
