Hansel Alliance, one of Scotland's foremost charities in the field of Social Care, delivers an extensive range of support services to individuals with learning disabilities throughout Ayrshire.
We are currently offering an exciting opportunity to become part of our team of dedicated professionals working in one of our Supported Living Services within North Ayrshire If you have:
 Experience, or training, in working with individuals with Learning Disabilities/Challenging Behaviour
 Skills in delivering community based services on a lone worker basis.
 Excellent communication/ Interpersonal Skills.
 The ability to work both independently and within a team environment, working in a person-centered way to offer choice and promote inclusion.
 A commitment to undertake a variety of training for the post, including the completion of a range of professional skills courses and an SVQ in Care.
