Niche firm in Edinburgh requires an additional solicitor for general corporate work.

Either at or aspiring to associate level you will carry out general corporate work for private companies including M&A, MBOs, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts and advising both borrowers and lenders on funding issues. In addition you will be expected to take an active part in assisting the Partner in relation to marketing and business development and will therefore have good interpersonal skills.
