The company has a long track record of successful projects in every sector of the construction industry across the United Kingdom, which include *Hotel & Leisure *Commercial offices *Industrial *Retail & mixed use *Healthcare *Residential *Higher Education *Schools *PPP In addition to this the company are experts in sustainable design, having been instrumental in developing many of the basic environmental and sustainable design solutions for much of the current programme for new build schools. Currently employees here can expect to be involved with PPP schools, three large hospital projects, with values up to £80 million. The company has a wide geographical spread with five offices in the United Kingdom and Ireland with offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness, Birmingham and Dublin. Currently the company are looking are going through a steady expansion plan in order to aid company development. They are therefore seeking talented individuals at Associate level to assist in managing this growth. Why work here? You will be responsible for managing programmes You will delegate work to your colleagues You will have the opportunity to still be involved in the design process You You should have the following attributes and qualifications; You should have demonstrable experience of managing a team of at least 4 building services Engineers You will be ambitious, and passionate about building services Knowledge of procurement routes Be client focused in your attitude Qualifications or Chartership are not essential for this role, although this would be advantageous Benefits Flexible salary of up to £50,000 per annum Performance related bonus - typically between £500 and £15,000 Opportunity for equity Contributory pension scheme - Employee 3%, Company 7% - Once you become a board member this will rise to the company adding 10% without you contributing Healthcare Opportunity to buy and sell holiday Flexibility in hours of work Excellent development |
