This is a management role responsible for core aspects of this company's organisational development strategy. In this role you will diagnose, design, deliver and evaluate the strategies, policies, products, systems, infrastructure, capability and processes to enable achievement of key business strategies through effective OD. This OD team supports business facing HR and OD teams through advice, consultancy and partnership in delivery to the business.
Ideal criteria for this role will include:
* Experience of managing budgets, contracts and supplier relationships
* Ability to operate and influence at senior level
* Experience of OD gained in a global blue chip organisation
