| The Place One of Edinburgh’s best known Bars with a long history for providing traditional Scottish hospitality in one of the capitals best locations. This unit forms part of one of Scotland’s best known bar/ restaurant groups. The Job We are looking for a Head Chef to take charge of the food operation in this busy unit. You will have responsibility to manage all aspects of the brigade from recruitment to training while also keeping a tight grip on the back office in regards to GP’s etc. The Person This is a role for a chef with experience in a busy unit where consistency of product and variety of menu were the key drivers. The unit operates in a highly competitive sector of the market where the smallest detail can be the difference between success and failure.
