| THE ROLE You will be handling incoming calls from existing customers, answering any queries they may have and processing any requests regarding their bank accounts. Whilst providing excellent customer service, you will also be identifying opportunities to promote other products and identify leads. THE COMPANY This is a fantastic opportunity for a career within the banking industry. Our client is a fast growing organisation, rating high in their customer satisfaction surveys. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS You should have previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills and want to be part of a successful team. All applicants will be subject to a credit and reference check prior to commencing employment with the company.
