THE ROLE
You will be providing excellent levels of customer service to incoming calls from new customers who have queries about accounts, balance transfers, card issues and other features. You will provide a quality experience and promote additional products to customers.

Our client a rapidly expanding global organisation -also the worlds largest independent third party transaction processor, providing financial services institutions with tailored solutions for in-house or out-sourced transaction processing.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Previous contact centre experience is required with a minimum of 6 months providing excellent levels of customer service and achieving targets. Financial services experience is preferable however full training will be given, also required are excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for personal achievement
All applicants will be subject to a credit and reference check prior to commencing employment with the company.
Location:City Centre
Hours: Morning shift - hours between 8am and 2pm
Evening shift - hours between 4pm and 10pm
Salary£13,500 (pro rata) + bonus
