THE COMPANY FPSG's client a dynamic fast growing organisation breaking new ground in their chosen market are currently seeking a web development manager to manage a team of 6-8 developers. THE EXPERIENCE This is an excellent opportunity for a technically astute team leader. You will be innovative, forward thinking individual who has good communication and presentation skills. You will have experience of working on large scale web application development projects for the commercial market place. You should have an in depth understanding of the software development life cycle coupled with knowledge of supporting and testing systems. Ideally you will have experience of leading development teams and have had architectural responsibilities in your current or previous role. We would be keen to hear from team leader and developers who have a structured and logical approach to their work, who can demonstrate managing a team remotely. THE SKILLS Management capability of a team size of between 6 - 8 developers Good understanding of - ASP, .NET Framework, C#, SQL, XML, RDBMS, OOD, OOP This is a new exclusive position for the right candidate looking to expand their career into management.
