ROLE: Technical Support Analyst - Security Location: Glasgow Salary: £23,000 Benefits Package: Pension, Healthcare and Extras THE COMPANY A market leading Financial Services organization with excellent career paths and unrivalled opportunities for technical progression. THE ROLE First People Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Security Technical Support Analyst for our Financial Services Client based in the South Side of Glasgow. The role will involve providing first class technical support for the organization with a focus on administering Firewall and Security Systems. You will also be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of routers and switches as well configuration of LAN, WAN and Avaya Telephone Systems. The successful candidate will be accountable for ICT infrastructure technical issues including the resolution of escalated incidents as 3rd line support.
