The Job We are looking to recruit a Sous Chef to join this highly motivated brigade. You will have input into all areas of the business both operationally and in the back office. You will take responsibility for training and motivating your team while also assisting the management with input into the menu creation. The Person This job will suit a chef with a desire to learn in a quality operation. The property has major plans for the future so stability and a desire to learn is key. Your enthusiasm for food and attitude to your work will make you the person we are looking for.
