THE ROLE
Administrator
Location: Pollokshields
Salary: £12,550 plus excellent benefits (Free gym membership, Private Health Care + Pension scheme)
Reporting to: Administration Team Leader
First People Solutions require administrators for our client, a leading retail consumer credit/finance organisation based in Southside, Glasgow.
The main duties of the position will be to maintain and update databases, produce and distribute client information packs, review and distribute incoming mail, produce new business and credit risk statistics, process application forms and set up new clients.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar role, have an excellent telephone manner with previous experience in an administrative position within a customer service environment.
THE COMPANY
First People Solutions require experienced call centre customer service advisors for our client, a leading retail consumer credit/finance organisation based in Cessnock, Glasgow
Ideally you will have a solid work history and possess a minimum of 6 months experience within a similar administrative role. A friendly telephone manner is essential.
