| An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a fundamental part of a world wide banking organisation. Our client is looking for a Policy and Employment Project consultant to join their team. You will be responsible for leading and managing projects across a range of strategic workshops to ensure the group attracts, retains and engages the best people and delivers value to customers, employees and shareholders. This is a fixed term contract for 6-9 months. Key areas of responsibility are Policy and Proposition Employee Relations Business change Health, Safety and Wellbeing Employment Law Key Duties include Responsible for managing a range of projects across the P&E Strategic Workstreams Responsible for contributing to the delivery of projects across the Group Accountable for the delivery of project objectives that meet and exceed business needs Supporting policy governance framework including ownership of Group Policies Effectively engaging and managing stakeholders Enhancing working relationships within the team and across the Group Creating an environment of continuous improvement, including the sharing of knowledge and upskilling of colleagues Pro-actively using HR knowledge, networks and market information to create strategic direction Utilising project management tools from the Project Management Framework, including Project Management Application The ideal candidate will have experience in either a Business Partner or Specialist role with previous experience of managing a range of projects across a number of varying subject areas.
