| A social housingorganisation based in Perthshire urgently requires a Repairs Assistant to join their team on a temporary contract that has a strong possibility of going permanent for the right candidate. You will be part of a team that is responsible for maintainingthe organisationsproperties and ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved. Main duties include: - Administration of the repairs and maintenance service - Deal with repairs and maintenance service issues - Assisting the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Officers in administering repair and maintenance works and contracts - Liaising with residents and contractors to ensure work is carried out on time and to the required standard - Provide a friendly and informative reception and telephone answering service to the public - Provide advice, assistance and information on all housing management and maintenance services For more information and/or a confidential discussion, please do not hesitate to contact me. |
