THE ROLE Team Manager
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £21-28.5k depending upon experience
Benefits Package: Excellent benefits including pension, bonus and healthcare
We have Team Manager positions within the Financial Service sector based in Glasgow City Centre.
You must have a previous track record and be able to demonstrate the following:
- Managing teams of up to 15 members of staff.
- Be able to demonstrate proactive coaching & developming of staff.
- Manage team development through Personal Development plans.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, people managment skills and ensure consistent management of succession planning, training of under performers and the development of high performers.
- Desirable that you hold a relevant qualification in investment/finance eg FPC, IMC, IAQ
