This is a rare opportunity for a Banking Operations Technical Specialist to join a highly prestigious Wealth Management Bank.
Core accountabilities will include:
Through the application of your specialist skills and knowledge of specialist processes you will be able to provide expert knowledge on the technicalities of the Account Opening Process.
Acting as a point of reference to more junior members of the team and to clients
Providing advice to Team Leaders in areas such as Client Due Diligence you will be able identify and investigate problems specific to your area of expertise and offer remedial solutions
Supporting, motivating and managing workflow for teams. This will involve coaching, developing and review of performance across all levels
Assist in the creation and implementation of Business Change Initiatives

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate for this role will have a good understanding of client service, operations and the concept of risk management and control. We would expect you to have a proven track record within a similar role and also be able to demonstrate an understanding of local and global market initiatives. Exposure to the UK regulatory environment and experience of audit process is desirable such as awareness of FSA Know Your Clients requirements, Data Protection and Money Laundering
