| Fair Deal is a voluntary organisation operating across the South of Glasgow. Due to our recent structure review, we are looking to recruit four creative and flexible individuals for these newly created posts. The purpose of the Support Co-ordinator post is to lead, manage and develop person centred support services for the people who use Fair Deal’s services. The post holder will ensure that the staff they manage are clear about the requirements, functions and responsibilities of their post and will monitor performance against agreed outcomes. The Support Co-ordinator post is an integral part of the service rota and service delivery. SVQ Level 3 in Social Care is required Experience of Working in a person centred service required.
