Location: Perth and Kinross
Salary: £16,500 - £18,000
Benefits Package: Excellent package on offer
Reporting to: The Director
THE COMPANY
Our Client a forward thinking, dynamic educational establishment has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join their team, and play a crucial role in an exciting and unique project.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Skills
Excellent organisational and planning skills with attention to detail;
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
Financial administration skills;
Good writing skills;
Experience of minute taking.
Knowledge
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and database packages.
Experience
Minimum one years experience in office administration or other relevant experience;
Experience of financial management systems;
Experience in education/heritage/museum or public sector environments.
Qualifications
Educated to HNC level or equivalent in a relevant subject.
Qualities
Pro-active and motivated;
Resilient and adaptable;
Commitment;
Diplomatic.
Other
Ability to travel between various locations in the normal course of employment.
