| THE ROLE: HR Advisor Location: Glasgow > Scotland Salary: £21,885 - £25,629 Hours: Full time hours, Permanent THE COMPANY First People HR are currently seeking a Human Resource Advisor for our client based in Glasgow. Our client works in the voluntary sector who strive for equal opportunities for all throughout the Glasgow area, through many different projects. THE ROLE This role reports direct to the HR Manager with line management responsibility for a HR administrator. The main aspects of the role are to provide HR advice to line managers and staff on policy and procedures as well as monitor legislation and update policies accordingly. Deal with case management of disciplinary and grievance. Within the role you manage the recruitment and selection process and advise managers on best practice and process security checks as part of the Recruitment process. The post holder will also responsible for the creation of terms and conditions for each new employee. Maintain good relationships with staff and external partners by attending meetings as and when required. The HR advisor may also be required to travel to other sites throughout the Glasgow area. EXPERIENCE The successful applicant will be educated to degree level or equivalent industry background, a CIPD membership would also be desired. The post holder will have a can-do-ethos and be able to contribute excellent ideas to the organisation and the HR team.
