THE ROLE Receptionist
Location: Stirling
Salary:£6.52 per hour
Reporting to: Front of House Manager
THE COMPANY
My client is a well established hotel within Stirling town centre. Since undergoing refurbishment, the hotel is now looking to compliment their existing team with a full time Receptionist.
You will assist with checking in/ out guests, answer any queries from guests and make reservations. The hotel deals with corporate guests overnight stays, providing function suites for business purposes, as well as dealing with tourists staying overnight, weddings, private functions etc.
Working 5 days from 7, shifts covering 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm. Candidates can expect to have one weekend off in 3.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
You must have experience of working front of house within the hotel industry. You will represent the hotel to all guests; therefore presentation is of prior importance. Experience of using a switchboard is preferred. Training will be given on in house reservation systems.
