    My client is a large, well known and fast paced financial organisation based in Glasgow' s south side.

    This role will be to provide a personal assistant service to the CEO of the business. Duties will include diary and schedule management and planning, researching, preparation of presentations, minute taking, responding to correspondence, booking travel, plan itineraries, organise events in the UK and abroad, handle queries and other ad hoc requirements.

    The successful candidate must have previous experience of working as a PA (at a senior level) with strong secretarial/administrative skills. Ideally you will have worked in a financial organisation. You will be educated to degree level and be confident working on your own initiative. It is essential that you enjoy a challenge, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can use MS Office.
