| NEW VACANCY - CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do you enjoy providing customer service? Are you interested in the latest mobile phone technology? Then this position will be ideal for you!!!! Position: Inbound Customer Service/Technical Support Location: Inchinnan Business Park (near Glasgow Airport) Contract: Temp – Perm after a 13 week probationary period Salary: £13500 rising to £14500 after successful completion of probationary period Pay: Weekly Hours: Mon – Fri, shifts between 8am – 8pm Duties: You will be required to answer inbound calls from 3G customers regarding their mobile phone handsets. The types of calls you may experience include: - Bounce calls, phone returned to customer and still doesn’t work - Accessories, phone sent back with e.g. battery missing - Out of Warranty, customer is charged for repair as it is out of warranty - Beyond economical repair, cannot be fixed due to e.g. water damage - Technical support calls, ranging from issues with internet, to problems texting Skills & Experience Required: - Previous customer service experience within a contact centre environment - A general interest in mobile phones - Good knowledge of 3G mobiles and the technology behind them Start Date: ASAP If this role is of interest to you please call Catrina Short immediately on 0141 566 4966 or respond to catrina.short@trgrecruitment.net. |
