Following a decision by HP in 2005 to select a new outsource partner to manage their Teleweb contact centre in the UK, TSC were selected from a shortlist of Global outsourcers as the preferred partner for this key business function.
TSC are required to manage the operation as an “in source” model within HP’s own business premises using HP’s existing technology.

Role: Bid Support / Document Management
Salary: £14000 - £17000
Hours: 09.00 - 17.30 Monday to Friday
Duties: The Bid Support Document Manager will liaise with and support all Public Sector Field Account Managers, Public Sector Management team and the UK&I Bid Centre. A large percentage of the Public Sector teams revenue target is derived from formal bids. As such, the Bid Support Document Manager will play an integral part within the Public Sector team.
The Bid Support Document Manager will report directly to the Public Sector Support Manager and will have additional responsibility for managing own work schedule and Bid Support Team Schedule on a day-to-day basis. The Bid Support Executive Role will encompass a varied number of roles which will include aspects of each of the following: document management, bid management; proposal writing; knowledge management
