THE ROLE Office Manager
Location: Glasgow - Hillington
Salary:£9.50 per hour / £19k per annum
Benefits Package: TBC
Reporting to: Finance Manager
Duration:Temp to perm or Permanent
Hours of Work8.45am 5.30pm M/F
THE COMPANY

THE ROLE
The role involves a wide range of tasks based on the overall management of the office function of a medium sized growing Company. In addition to overseeing the Administration function within the office there is a significant responsibility for control and management of the debtor ledger, purchase ledger, maintenance helpdesk, cash book and petty cash.
The Office Manager would report directly to the Finance Manager and would oversee a full complement of office staff including receptionist, debtor control clerk, credit control clerk, and general admin clerk. Personnel / Training Dealing with all aspects of HR within the organisation Admin Clerk Ensuring our IIP standards are met and training records maintained g g Admin Clerk. Ensuring that a robust level of competence and accountability is in place to allow accurate cashflow planning, debtor control, and high customer service standards are maintained as the business continues to grow.
