THE ROLE Finance Manager
Location: Glasgow
Salary:£50k
Benefits Package: Benefits + Pension
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is a newly created position and reflects their continued growth.
Heading up a substantial team, with two direct reports, this individual will have a wide remit to improve the processes of the department and to drive the reporting structure forward.
This is a professional services firm and there is considerable liaison with the fee earners, so as well as being a qualified accountant, perhaps at manager or senior manager level in Practice, this individual must have well developed interpersonal skills. Process re engineering is vital but it will only work with buy in from all parties and this person must have the drive, enthusiasm and ability to persuade people at all levels of the wisdom of the improvements.
This is a senior role and the salary and benefits package will reflect the importance that the firm are attaching to the position.
