| New Job Vacancy - Associate Planner Permanent Job - Salary £40k - 50k (car allowance, pension, healthcare) Glasgow G2, Scotland Planner seeking a fresh challenge? I would like to invite you to apply for the job of Associate Planner with a world-leading property consultancy based in the heart of Glasgow City Centre. The company, a leading force in the UK property market, is recruiting for an Associate Planner, to lead their fledgling Planning Department. The role will involve working with two junior planners on exisiting projects, and will focus heavily on the development of new business relationships. Projects will focus on various sectors in the commmercial arena, including healthcare, retail, industrial, office and regeneration. The Planning department is already operating at full capacity; the client therefore welcomes the opportunity to expand further. Applicants should be chartered, and ideally a number of years post-qualified, in order to bring an effective level of experience to the role. They should also have a proven track record in Planning, and should possess the capacity to work both in a team, and autonomously. Aside from a highly competitive salary, other benefits offered are a car or car allowance, contributory pension and healthcare. |
