THE ROLE Team Coach
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £20-26k
Benefits Package: Excellent benefits including pension, bonus and healthcare
Reporting to: Skills Development & Communications Specialist
Working with major financial services organisation where you will provide training and coaching on Contact Centre products, systems and procedures.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience of:-
Proven track record in coaching and developing staff, mentoring and stand up training delivery.
Extensive experience of forward planning and organisational capability in producing, monitoring and delivering on project plans is expected.
Satisfy the FSA criteria for an approved person and demonstrate the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
