THE ROLE File Administrators - BACK SHIFT
Location: Clydebank
Salary:£6.55/hour
Benefits Package: N/A
Reporting to: Team Leader
Duration:up to 18 months
Hours of WorkBACK SHIFT 5pm - 11pm (Mon-Fri)
THE COMPANY
Our clients are a global banking organisation with main support offices based in Clydebank.
THE ROLE
The role, based in Clydebank, requires the candidate to prepare documents for scanning, scanning documents onto a computerised system and indexing them accordingly. The following qualities are required:
Excellent timekeeping, attendance records and attitude to work.
Have the ability to adapt quickly to new procedures and work methods
Excellent PC skills
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
Have developed written and oral communication skills
Excellent Typing Skills
Filing or data management experience would be ideal.
All candidates will be subject to referencing dating back 5 years and will not be considered unless able to provide this information.
The Hours of work will be 5pm - 11pm Monday to Friday, the project is estimated to run for 18 months, however our clients are happy to accept applications from Students that can only work the summer months.
