As a Personal Banking Advisor you will spend the majority of your week conducting Customer Service Reviews. These are the Bank's structured customer interviews where you will spend time with each customer ensuring they are making the most of the financial products and services on offer. By providing each customer the best advice for their individual circumstances you will find that you can either save or even make them money.
The Personal Banking Advisor will use their up-to-date and comprehensive product knowledge to ensure they provide the best possible service available on the market.
The ability to mentor and coach your colleagues to ensure that they are identifying sales opportunities with each customer and generating leads and appointments for you is essential. Pro-active booking of appointments is also required.

EXPERIENCE
You will be a team player with previous experience gained within the financial services sector. You must be accustomed to working within a target driven sales environment with a provable track record. Most importantly you will pride yourself on your world class customer service skills.
