| Mobile Service Engineer - Lanarkshire £25k - £30k Packages include Car/Van, Healthcare, Pension, and excellent Career progression opportunities Mobile Services Engineer required for a major facilities management service provider to carry out PPM and reactive calls to various buildings in Scotland and to support all aspects of the clients current business commitments. Key accountabilities: - Service and repair of plant and equipment associated with building services - Fault finding on building services equipments - Carry out / assist in all minor new works including installation and refurbishment as required - Carry out M&E maintenance on mechanical, electrical, air handling plant, boilers, pumps, split systems, hot and cold water systems - Participation in call-out rota Essentially you will have: - An apprentice trained mechanical or multi skilled building services engineer with appropriate city and guilds - A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role - Relevant Commercial ACS qualifications and CORGI registration essential - Refrigeration or Air-Conditioning skills and qualifications would be advantageous If you would like to learn more about this exciting opportunity, please call me to arrange an informal chat.
