THE ROLE Collections Team Leader
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Salary: £20k + OTE £3600
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (40 hrs per week)
Our client is an established Global Telecoms and Internet Services Provided in Glasgow city centre and now requires an experienced Collections Team Leader.
The role involves the following:-
Contact commercial and residential accounts by telephone and letter. Outbound and Inbound contact required
Produce weekly and monthly reports in Excel reflecting total collections, performance and aged debt pattern
Assist in resolving customer disputes
Set monthly collections target
Carry out collections of Wholesale Invoices
Liaise with 3rd party debt collections agency
Assist with Failed Direct Debit and Credit Card payment mail merges
Assist with collections of commercial VOIP accounts
Delegate certain duties within the team. Complete any other administration duties
Administer Portal for External Carrier Company
You must have collections experience and be able to work on own initiative. This position will start immediately for the right candidate.
