| You will be joining a large, progressive housing organisation in a senior team member role. This post is is a coach/ mentor to the property management (factoring) team and will take responsibility for managing the resources to maximise output and efficiency. This post involves responsibility for people in terms of team supervision and direction, along with responsibility to clients and customers. The main tasks of this role will include: - To achieve performance targets - To lead a team by example and coaching best practise - Provide support, training and performance monitoring for all staff - Maintain and develop procedures and guidelines to improve the front line service delivery - Promote partnership working including tenant participation You will have commitment to excellent customer care along with an understanding of the social housing sector. You will also have team leadership experience and the abilities to expand and develop a project/ business. You should also have an understanding of property management.
