One of the Top 4 Property Consultants is looking for an experienced and MRICS Residential and Land Development Surveyor to assist their Residential Director. Ideally, this client would like an experienced Associate level Surveyor, however, up to Associate Director level will be considered. This therefore means salary is dependant on experience and you can expect anywhere in excess of £40,000 per annum.
On a day-to-day basis, you can be expected to be involved in:
-Residential land development work: essentially identifying land for purchase before it is out on the market
-Acquisition and disposal of land
-Presenting and report writing for clients
-Providing advice and consultancy for clients in relation to their portfolio requirements
-A market facing role, liaising with clients and be heavily involved in sales and land deals

-Be knowledgeable, reliable and competent in residential and land development
-Be RICS chartered
