Our client has been established since 1969. They current directly employs in excess of 200 professionals carrying out more than £40 million worth of projects throughout the UK dealing with mechanical and electrical construction industry.
Due to continued growth are currently recruiting for a Building Services Manager
Opportunity
The Company will offer the chance for employees to be involved in the following areas
Establish the value engineering proposals and reviewing build able solutions
Compile and implement project specific Building services check lists
Attend Sub contractor meetings
Witness test installations
You will have a good understanding of Engineering Specifications and Installation standards.
You will be required to demonstrate a proven tracked record in construction of Building services delivery across a broad range of sectors.
