| Our client is one of Northern Irelands leading contractors and they have a strong current and future workload in the central belt of Scotland. They are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on a new Build site in Livingston. The Company was founded in 1853 and has wide experience in building construction and civil engineering works, producing many landmark buildings in the city of Belfast and throughout the Province. The activities of the firm cover the range of new Building Construction and refurbishment work including commercial, industrial, retail, health, schools, and other public authority buildings. They currently have a new build School project based in Livingston in the West Lothian area - with good transport links to Glasgow and Edinburgh. The project is a School and you will be site based, reporting in to the Senior Quantity Surveyor. This opportunity offers you the chance to gain further experience and training and to progress your career as a Quantity Surveyor. Alongside a high basic salary you can also expect an excellent pension scheme, company car or car allowance, private medical and a guaranteed bonus.
