    THE ROLE Customer Support Administrator
    Location: East Kilbride
    Salary:£8 per hour
    Benefits Package: TBC
    Reporting to: Logistics Manager


    THE COMPANY

    My client are a global organization with East Kilbride. They require a Customer Support Administrator to support their team. You will deal with the transport of goods to and from the Far East and report on any updates to orders etc. You will use SAP to track orders, amend details to materials etc.

    This is a temporary role for a minimum of 10 weeks, however the employer will review performance and could offer a permanent role at the end of the contract.


    EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

    Only applicants with the following specific requirements will be considered:

    Knowledge of Excel (reporting), SAP or JD Edwards
    Fluency in Mandarin
    Minimum of 2 years European Customer Support
    Either British citizen or HSMP holder or spouse
    Valid driving license


    Ideal requirements

    Previous administration experience from within the manufacturing industry is preferred, however other industries will be considered. You must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, be a good team player and have excellent computer skills. Some knowledge of import/export may be an advantage. This role involves a considerable amount of data entry and therefore requires the candidates to have excellent attention to detail, as well as good telephone manner
