An exciting prospect has arisen for a Residential Surveyor in Dumfries, which provides a full range of benefits and a clear path of career progression within a well-known property firm.

The Dumfries office hosts one partner and this vacant position deals with residential and commercial valuations throughout South West Scotland. This involves conducting pre-sale inspections, Scheme I, Mortgage and Valuation Reports and providing property advice on the current market.

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and motivated Chartered Residential Surveyor with experience of conducting Scheme 1 & 2 property inspections, preferably within the South West of Scotland.
