Full Description:
Do you want to work within a global giant? Are you fluent in French and comfortable using it within a working environment?

We are currently recruiting for a French Speaking Helpline Advisor, based within our clients Motherwell site. You will use your language skills to manage overseas clients, helping with there orders, tracing products, answering any questions or queries and providing a professional level of service at all times. You will manage your own diary and assist the sales agents to progress the business.

To be considered you must be fluent in both English and French - both oral and written. You must also have experience working within a telephone based role with administrative duties, along with being organised and able to work on your own accord.
