| Process Improvement Analyst Excellent opportunity to join this market leading firm in Leeds Role purpose To provide hands on involvement in support of the process improvement and implementation in the execution of process improvements and business change. Initially involving LEAN tools and techniques. KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED A relevant degree/professional qualification and/or experience in a change management / process improvement role. Project management skills with the ability to manage medium to large projects through to completion. Experience of project management disciplines and techniques are desirable. Excellent planning and organisational skills are essential. Experience of evaluating, developing and managing disaster recovery, business continuity, change management and risk control. Good communication both written and verbal and the ability to develop and sell solutions at executive level. An appreciation of Six Sigma methodology would be a distinct advantage PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Support the operation, with the delivery of business objectives ensuring common standards are applied. Develop and implement all required reporting tools (such as production control, stock management etc.) to ensure these meet the needs of the business. Implement business as usual projects to ensure these deliver identified benefits on time. Implement both local and centrally led initiatives (such as Customer Cost Capability), ensure that benefits are achieved and recorded. Liaise and network with business areas and other areas within the Group in support of Business Improvement. To gather information to assist in the development of a business plan for Document Management, ensuring that it reflects our aims, ambitions and financial targets. Effective implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans for all projects, to ensure these are adequate for the needs of the business, are regularly tested and adapted to meet changes to processes and environments. Keeping up to date with the latest document management technology and continuous improvement techniques. Evaluate appropriate new technology with a view to recommending and implementing changes that will ensure optimum competitiveness and profitability.
