Full Description:
Our client, based in Greenock, are looking for experienced Retentions Advisors to handle existing customers within the group.

You will look after inbound calls and work towards targets daily. This is a part time with around 20 hours per week. In return you will work within fantastic facilities and team environment.

You must have experience working within a contact centre environment, preferably customer services and sales. Retentions experience would also be an advantageous although not essential.
