Trainee Recruitment Consultant Vacancy - Edinburgh

Hays C&P Scotland is an expanding region which is creating opportunities for the right people throughout our network of offices.

Working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will be responsible for developing your own specialist section. This will involve creating business leads, meeting clients and account management as well as candidate sourcing and selection. In short you will ultimately be responsible for the recruitment process from start to finish.

We need ambitious individuals who thrive in a sales environment. You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to build a rapport and enduring business relationships with clients from a range of backgrounds. We are looking for self-confident applicants with good business acumen and an ability to work to goals and targets. Experience working in a target driven sales environment or within an equally challenging role will be an advantage. A driving licence is required.
