| Edinburgh - Financial Services Salary to circa £40k plus Car/Allowance, Pension, Bonus and Flexible benefits etc Due to increased business, my client now requires 3x Change Managers to strengthen the core business. Job Description Provide initiation, definition, delivery and closure of projects within agreed timescales to Time, Cost and Quality Manage projects of medium size and complexity within the Programme portfolio Manage a team of Business Analysts and / or allocated business resource Likely to be working direct for a Programme Manager or for a Senior Change Manager, with limited supervision Provide project management expertise and leads key project workstreams, working with the full project life cycle, following project Governance processes. Responsibilities Scope, plan and manage projects through the entire life cycle, ensuring delivery to time, cost and quality. This includes ensuring that the solution is capable of enabling the business to achieve benefit realisation Responsible for accurate and timely reporting against the project plan and budget in line with agreed Programme governance Identify and evaluate project risks and issues and devise and implement effective mitigation strategies Stakeholder, people and relationship management Promotion of an environment of continuous improvement ensuring a QA process is applied through the project lifecycle The Individual should have Significant Change Management experience Functional knowledge of Operations and related Technology Project Lifecycle planning and delivery of projects of between 3-9 months duration Commercial acumen with a track record of benefits delivery Experience of managing and controlling costs to a budget successfully Experience of management and development of team of staff including selection, coaching, training & development and performance appraisal Experience of an established project management methodology ensuring formal tracking of projects Ideally you should hold, or be willing to study for, a recognised formal qualification in Project Management to certified level. Must have flexibility to work on a variety of projects and teams possibly involving travel in the UK.
