The Place

Part of a growing hotel chain, this property is currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment programme to all areas of the hotel including it’s two restaurants and function facilities.

The Job

We are looking for a Head Chef to join the team and play an integral part within the operation as the hotel develops. You will have control of the kitchen and have a key role to play in menu and people development within the team.

The Person

This role will suit someone with at least two years experience in a quality, professional kitchen. You will have a positive attitude to your work, a desire to succeed and want to be part of a team with a long term goal.
