Full Description:
First People Aviation has a new vacancy for a Customer Services Supervisor.

The successful applicant will oversee commercial, administrative and operational issues for clients to ensure a high level of performance and customer service is provided.

Furthermore duties will include developing close working relationships with clients, attending departmental meetings as and when required, dealing with customer queries and providing daily/monthly statistical reports.

Ideally candidates will have the ability to use own initiative and be self-motivated in order to act as a good team leader. Knowledge of the aviation industry is desired.

This is a temporary position due to last approx. 6 to 9 months.

Starting salary £23K + Excellent benefits
