THE ROLE

Location: City Centre - Glasgow
Salary:£16k

Reporting to: Office Manager/Operations Manager

THE COMPANY
Our client is one of the world's leading providers of wellbeing and employee assistance programmes (EAP); occupational health services, behavioural risk management and critical incident support.


EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS


FPSG urgently require a senior administrator for a role which will involve working closely with both the office manager and operations manager.

Key tasks will include:

Assisting the team leader and being involved with customer account management. Candidates will have to deomonstrate excellent administration support with full use of Microsoft Office and very strong communication skills. Additional tasks will include:-
audio typing, mail distribution, filing and photocopying. There will also be a requirement to make travel arrangements, make and diarise appointments, deal with customer enquiries. There will also be a requirement to control and order stationery and stock management. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a busy team and be involved in assisting the team leader with collating management information and updating reports. role will require someone with a previous background in a busy support role who is used to office task management and prioritising key tasks. This is a permanent position with a progressive organization.
