Vacancy Location: Edinburgh
Full Description:
A small Property Funding and Management Consultancy is looking to recruit a Property Manager to join their quickly expanding Edinburgh Office. You can expect to earn anywhere in the region of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum. However this is dependant on experience and higher levels of salary will be considered for the right candidate.

The full benefits package will include:

- A competitive salary
- Access to a pool car
- Optional Company Pension Scheme
- 35 days holiday (including public holidays)
- A discretionary bonus scheme which can range anywhere between 10 - 25% of basic salary
- Core hours 9am-6pm (flexible)

On a day-to-day basis you can expect your work to include:

- Managing a portfolio of premium properties based primarily in a 3-4 mile radius of Edinburgh City Centre
- Coordinating the management of the properties including appointing valuation surveyors, contractors, letting agents or estate agents to carry out the appropriate work for the property on behalf of the client.
- This may involve any reactive maintenance, renovations, refurbishments or developments
- Your primary aim is to seek to achieve the highest return (either through rental or agency) on investment with the highest accrual of value
- Creating value by improvement on each individual property
- Identifying new sites for development, including site appraisals and valuations and being involved in the new developments from site acquisition to completion.

Ideally you will have:

- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the residential sector, however all backgrounds will be considered
- A relevant degree qualification, e.g. Estate Management or Property Management and Investment
- A good eye for judgement into what improvements are required to add value to a property

Top 3 Reasons to work for this Consultancy:

- As a relatively new company they encourage career progression and there is an opportunity to move up the ladder quickly
- With 500-600 properties across Glasgow and Edinburgh, each property is different offering a very varied role
Properties are in the premium sector, therefore you will be dealing with high calibre tenants and clients
