Based in Livingston, Sky Business are responsible for all commercial Sky customers - if you see Sky in a pub, club, hotel or office, it will have been sold, installed and serviced by the Sky Business team. As Correspondence/Contract & Install Administrator within Sky Business department you will assist our commercial customers by providing them with administrative support for a variety of contract and billing activities to support their business requirements. So what will this opportunity involve? - Working within a team environment, dealing with all incoming mail (e-mails, faxes and white mail), booking of installations, and processing of contracts. - Adhere to the service level agreement for all correspondence, the SLA's for emails is 24 hour turnaround, all other mail has an SLA of up to 72 hours. - Process all contracts received daily to the service level agreement of same day turn around. - Booking of installations, which involves telephone work, were you would contact customers and reach an agreement on installation dates. So what about you? - Good Microsoft Office/PC skills - High level of self motivation with good interpersonal skills - A high degree of organisation, initiative and responsibility and demands effective communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads - Have an eye for detail - Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels You will be based in Livingston. This is a 6 month secondment. This role will operate across a Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 shift and will require you to work a 1 in 4 Saturday. What next?
