THE ROLE Administration Assistant
Location: East Kilbride
Salary:£6.65 per hour
Reporting to: Director


This is a temporary role which will go permanent for the right candidate.


THE COMPANY

My client is a small business within East Kilbride who work within the mailing industry. Due to their recent success and increased workload, they are looking to expand their team by adding an Administration Assistant.

You will answer incoming telephone calls and any queries from customers. You will assist with the completion of jobs, making sure all information is inputted to the computer correctly, tracked and produced to the spec required.

You will also deal with any correspondence to and from the office.



EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

This is a varied role, so my client is looking for someone with a muck in attitude. You will have some administration experience, possibly with an HNC/ HND Business Administration. My client is looking for someone with strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, with the ability to learn new computing programmes. You must be well presented with a polite telephone manner.

Although this is a temporary role to begin with, it will progress to becoming permanent and my client would like to find someone who is interested in building a long term career.
