One of the top main contractors is currently recruiting a Project Manager for a large commercial new build project in the Scottish Borders
Ideally you will have a proven track record in project management and previous experience on large scale commercial and new build projects.
Responsibilities will include day to day running of the site: health and safety on site, liaising with the Contacts Manager, progress meetings, risk assessments, method statements, over seeing site management, liaising with sub-contractors quality control and ensuring work is carried out on time to specification.
CSCS site managers card, 4 day First Aid CITB 5 day health and safety site manager preferred
