Permanent Career Opportunity for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in an Edinburgh based Private Consultancy firm.

Competitive salary, car or car allowance, up to 10% pension contribution, free parking, discretionary bonus schemes and your hours of work, 8.45 - 17.00, Monday to Friday.

A new vacancy for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor has arisen within a successful property and construction consultancy. You will be based in the Edinburgh office and will be part of one of the UKs leading construction cost managers.

This experienced consultancy has significant projects just now and is recruiting due to an increase in workload. Projects include several residential mixed use developments up to £50m, Airport projects throughout the UK, a private hospital project, two office projects, a hotel conversion up to £25m and several other high profile contracts in the pipeline.

It is important that you have a degree in Quantity Surveying and that you are MRICS qualified. You will also have an ambitious nature and a variety of pre and post contract experience. It is important that you work well with others and that you have experience-running U.K based projects.
